The seller's return policy, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the “Seller”), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically took possession of the goods, or of the last good, if it is a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since receipt of the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is approved by the Seller, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request within the indicated time frame will not be accepted.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform BERGENSO of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) at the following address contact@bergenso.com.
You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
To comply with the cancellation period, you only need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires, which ends from the moment the item is handed over to the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered.
This will allow us to assess the problem and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.
By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following cannot be returned and therefore are not eligible for a refund:
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
• personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
personal care items (such as beauty products).
• hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to obtain an item different from the one that was ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the item that does not suit you.
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can send back your products. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If you request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy, we will send you all payments we have received from you (except for any additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered free of charge on our site), immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we received your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
We undertake to inform you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund for this return has been approved or not by the Seller. If the Seller approves your refund request, you will be automatically refunded the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method; in any case, you will incur no fees as a result of the refund. Please note that refund processing by banking institutions and various payment providers is subject to their own timelines, which we are unable to control.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you returned the item.
